Feel hunger and not full!

I was wondering why I have not felt full after I have my 64oz water and 2 jellos? AND I feel hungry I think but not to the point I'm saying to eat. I also have not gotten the urge to stop if I am drinking too much or the jello.
I am able to take my pills like normal.
I wonder why this is like that for my experience.

Wow really? Yea I can do the protein waters just fine and really anything else I put it my mouth as far as clear liquids.
I just want to be able to feel the "stop" feeling so I know I'm not over doing it.

Thank u ! Do u have an recommendation on a non flavored protein powder? I start my phase 3 tomorrow and got my shakes all ready . Wahoooo. Just thinking of a more cost efficient way to get my protein.

I bought ISOPURE unflavored protein. It isn't cheap and you have to let food cool down before you put it in or it gets clumpy. I use chocolate and vanilla protein powder to make shakes. That is much more cost efficient than buying them premade and tastes better, in my opinion. Aldi has a protein powder called Elevation in both chocolate and vanilla for about $14 for 19 servings with 30 grams of protein. I mix it in the blender with 12oz water and 5 ice cubes. Or you can throw it in a blender bottle, I just like the actual milkshake texture the ice in the blender gives it. You can add other flavors to those as well to mix it up. Congrats on going on Phase 3!!

I also use ISOPURE and it is pretty neutral. I'll put some in jello, but you have to mix it with the cold water, and not the hot before you combine everything. It will mix pretty easily into something cold, so if you don't mind adding a little liquid to soups, you can mix some of the powder in cold water or milk, get it nice and dissolved and then mix it into the hot or heat it all up together, depending on what you are making.

I'm having a similar experience post-surgery with what I think is "fake hunger" and not recognizing what fullness and satiety really feels like. I think some of it is just from the previous eating habits I had. I don't feel hungry, but I also feel like I could or should eat something. For now, I'm just trying to use mind over matter and get used to what satiety and feeling sated is without thinking I need to eat more. It's very different. I'm 5 days post-op.
