I am new here & have been reading through the posts and responses. There seems to be some really good suggestions and encouragement! I usually am the one that reads the posting and responses but never posts anything personally. This time is different! We've all heard it said more times than we can count "weight loss surgery is the easy way out", those people have no idea how wrong they are!!! I've read and plan on putting some of the suggestions I've read into action....best of luck to everyone & to myself!
