Fell off the wagon

Hi,
I’m new and I’m looking for some help getting back on the wagon. I had my surgery 2 years ago and over the last 6 months or so I’ve been slowly putting weight back on. I feel like I’ve been out of control! I just packed my gym bag so I can go before school, I packed my lunch for the week so I can leave it at work and not have an excuse to eat junk. I’m trying to Get back to the post surgery mentality that I had. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel so down on myself for letting this happen....

Also - would you mind sharing a little history about your journey? Which surgery did you have? How much weight did you loose? What improvements did you see in your health? And anything else you may want to share about yourself. :)
