So I had my first meeting with HIMG, the people who will be handling everything, and we've got everything aside from the psych eval scheduled! Got the blood panel done on the same day I went in. It's nice that they handle everything in the same building.
Upper GI is scheduled on Nov 8th
Support Group on Nov 17th (only one is required but if I enjoy it, I'll probably go to them every month I'm able)
PTH test on Nov 18th since my levels are elevated (thyroid issues my whole life, genetic on my mother's side, so they said that's more than likely the answer but they just want to make sure)
Next appt with the dietician and nurses on Nov 30th to hopefully talk about the next steps.
Just awaiting a call to set up the psych eval, and that (should) be the last thing. Hoping to have the surgery by the end of the year or at least by February at the latest.
