This is a "stack" system. There are four 1/2cup containers, each of which screws on to the next, topped off with a spout lid. Easily fits in most purses, briefcases or gym bags.
Pre-measure powder for a protein shake; up to four different flavors or four individual shakes. Or fill with dehydrated soup (or whatever). When it's time to eat, isolate your chosen container from the others, add hot water and enjoy.
Or when it's time for a shake, screw on the spout lid to the appropriate container and pour into mixing glass. No muss, no fuss, no mess.
Not designed for liquids.
