I just started read Al Roker's book, "Never Goin' Back, Winning The Weight-Loss Battle for Good!"
Most of you know Al as the weather man on the Today show, who famously had gastric bypass in 2002. America watched him shrink on television every day. I am about 1/3 through his book (in the last 2 hours), and I gotta say I love it. He isn't the greatest story teller, but it is clearly from the heart. And listening to his story, I just keep thinking, "How did this guy get into MY head!"
Anyway... I highly recommend it, even before I have finished it!
