Goodbye 2021!

Last weigh in of 2021 was 171. My last weigh in of 2020 was 232.6! What a difference a year can make. Thank you all for your support, concern, funny stories, and trust. The cymbalta seems to be helping with my fibromyalgia pain, so for that I am extremely grateful. This was not an easy year for a lot of people, me included, but I try to look at the positives. My family always stays home on New Year’s Eve, but if you are so inclined to go out or are working, please wear a mask, be safe, and I’ll see you all in 2022!

Thank you for posting this. Congrats on your wonderful success this year with your weight loss. I'm really glad for you that your cymbalta is helping.

I was going to wait to weigh myself until Monday, after skipping last week's weigh-in, but I summoned the courage to face my fears after reading your post. I was up a few lbs from my last weight check, but not as bad as I was thinking.

I started my surgery weight at 234. Today I was 182. Altogether this year I have lost 52 lbs. and feel so much better. Now I can start my healthy new year 2022 getting back on track with a positive attitude, plenty of protein & veggies, and increased movement daily.

I was blessed to get married to the love of my life in June after 15+ wonderful years together already. I had my Weight Loss Surgery in July. And now I am ready to welcome 2022. Hope it is a wonderful one for all of us. ❤❤❤❤
