Good Morning,
I am new to this Chat room, and I am also new to this new way of living. On 2/28 at 8:15 am, my life forever changed. This was the day that I had Gastric Bypass.
Tomorrow will make one week, Post -op, and I have to admit, I have my moments with trying to adjust. Right now, I am still on the liquid diet and it's kinda rough, but I'm determined to stay on target with the directions, that were given.
Please advise, on how some of you all, coped with this process and beyond.

I have not had my surgery just yet. In about another month or so I will be you. Keep you head up. Your will power is strong. Mind over matter remember that. If you struggle reach out to talk to someone. If you need support remember this group. If you think you are failing remember you are not. Never think negatively. Always think positively. You can do this. You can handle this. God would never give you anything you could never handle. Lifestyle change for the win.
