Hi, thanks for the add. Been looking for a place for support from people who have ot are going through thw process. I started my journey march of 2019. I weighed at my highest at 504.7 pounds. During my insurance approval, i was hospitalized for over 2 weeks with severe celluitous infection. Spent a week in icu. Long story short, had to start my 6 month approval again. Fast forward to now, i ve got insurance approval, but my surgery got postponed again due to corona virus. Ive still managed to lose 70 pounds during all this and am finally scheduled again fot surgery on aug 3rd. Im sure i will have lots of questions as things progresa from here. Thanks again for the add.

No worries. Sometimes people don’t know which surgery they’re having when they start their journey. I was going to have the sleeve then changed my mind to the bypass.
