Hi Zippy -

I like to experiment with shake flavors - here are a few I make

I'm a complete chocoholic by nature. In my opinion there has only ever been one flavor of anything sweet - CHOCOLATE.

Here are a couple of protein shake recipes - (Not all are chocolate)

Chocolate Cake Batter Protein Shake:
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 scoop unflavored protein
8-10 ounces of water
1 tbs SF/FatFree Chocolate pudding mix
1 tbs SF/FatFree Cheesecake pudding mix
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Ice

Calories 170 - Protein 48

Mix in a blender and enjoy.

Vanilla Cake Batter Shake:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 scoop unflavored protein
8-10 ounces of water
1 tbs SF/FatFree Vanilla pudding mix
1 tbs SF/FatFree Cheesecake pudding mix
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Ice

Calories 170 - Protein 48

Mix in a blender and enjoy.

Lemon Pound Cake Shake:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 scoop unflavored protein
8-10 ounces of water
1 single pack Crystal Light Lemonade Drink mix
1 tbs SF/FatFree Cheesecake pudding mix
1 - 1 1/2 cups of Ice

Calories 170 - Protein 48

Mix in a blender and enjoy.

Key Lime Pie Protein Shake:
1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs Lime juice - fresh or bottled
5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)
1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
2-4 pkts Stevia (or 1/4-1 tsp sweetener of choice)
1 tbs SF/FatFree vanilla instant pudding mix

You can add 2-3 drops of green food coloring or 1/2 cup of spinach to give it the green color

The calories and protein will vary based on the protein powder you use.
