Thank you for explaining that to me. That is literally the first time I have ever heard that term, mini gastric bypass. I looked it up and it seems like it's still considered kind of new in the bariatric field. In the meantime, sorry, but I cannot help you with the skin question, so I hope someone else pops up here who's in your neighborhood. Otherwise, do a search through our 50000 archived posts. You might find somebody who's had your exact procedure.

I hadn't heard of that either. It's interesting, it's like a combination of the sleeve and the traditional bypass. Instead of separating the entire stomach and then creating the bypass, they make a sleeve, albeit smaller than a VSG, and connect it further down the intestines.
