Hi! Newbie from IN.

Anewsuz-Welcome to the forum. You are certainly in the right place to talk to other people who have had RNY and other WLS surgery. Don't hesitate to ask questions. I'm sure a lot of people here will be able to answer you. Everyone here is friendly, non-judgemental and helpful.

like pat said'this room is here to comfort you and answer your ?, haven't got to have my surgery yet but there are so many on here whom have had there's and they are great about sharing there day's of healing.
Are you doing ok since your surgery?
May i ask how many months it took for you to get your surgery date?
Hope you are healing and doing good, come back and share everybody here is nice and friendly too.

Hi Anewsuz, welcome to the forum....I haven't had my surgery yet either, but it should be hopefully within the next month. Just waiting for the insurance approval. Everyone here has been really helpful. Also check to see if your surgeon has a website, mine does and there is a lot of very helpful information on there. I have been anxious and had questions and everyone just jumps in and will help you as much as they can.
