I had the gastric sleeve and hiatal hernia repair done on June 4th and I have been having HORRIBLE heartburn ever since. I cannot take any vitamins/supplements or it triggers it. At first the doctor wasn't too concerned but since it's been going on so long now he wants to see me tomorrow. I am nervous about what might be wrong. It sounds like I will just have to have an EGD and have my esophagus dilated. I am hoping that is all it is! Has anyone else experienced heartburn post op?
