How does your body know when to stop loosing weight? Im at 203 this morning and I’m slowly approaching my goal of 180. Im actually worried that i might become to skinny. What do i do to stop loosing weight and or will my body stop naturally??? Anyone with experience in this area please tell me what to do
 
You may actually be getting a failure message from your bad brain. That eating disorder that causes people to become unhealthy and unhappy really does not like it when you try to show it the door.

It's a devious saboteur!!!
