At my 3 month postop right after Christmas, I was 150. The exercise physiologist said I am good at this weight, but could lose maybe 5-10 more if I wanted which I would like to do. I’m down to 146 & am happy. My family is asking me how the weight loss stops. I have asked about this at my appts & understood from my medical group that your body kinda just adjusts to your new eating & levels off. Has that been anyone else’s experience? I know I can add protein shakes, bars, snacks as needed to maintain. My family has been very supportive, but they are concerned that I’ll just continue to drop pounds past what’s recommended.
