greeting from upstate ny!!!
I am new to this site not sure where to start where to go, just checking thins out. My name is Amy i am almost at my 4 month surgaversary lol and i feel fanfreakintastic....well aside from massive hair loss =(
anyone have tips for that??

Hello from north of Syracuse! Did you have your surgery through Highland? That is where I am going. I started losing my hair and talked to a friend who went through this earlier. She said she was taking supplements to minimize it. I did research to find out what is recommended and last week started taking Spring Valley "Hair, Skin & Nails" Collagen support from Walmart. Not expensive so I figure it's worth a try. I think the hair loss has already slowed down but only time will really tell. Congratulations on your weight loss so far.

Hey Amy! be sure to get in your protein...that's a main factor in the hair loss. I have tons of regrowth happening now.....it's frustrating when trying to style my hair.....but I don't mind because I reflect on the cause! )
