is it too early to have a stall

i had my VSG on 12/05/22 and so far have only dropped 20 lbs from surgery day weight and i have been going back and fourth with 2-3lbs loosing and getting it back. is this normal or am i not going to loose anymore im getting frustrated and im happy about the 20 lbs gone but i need at least 100 more

Stalls are common. Keep paying attention to the non-scale achievements and stick with the plan!

Just about every hits one this soon. It happens, keep to your plan and it will break.
