Is this normal?

I am just shy of 3 weeks post op. Last few days i been feeling not very good. I havebeen getting really bad headaches. I am getting plenty of fluids in. At least 80oz per day so not sure what the cause is
 
Hmm, I haven't had more headaches than prior to surgery... I'd call your doctor just to be on the safe side, Maybe you need sodium or something simple like that. Good luck!

Not every physical illness or pain you feel post-surgically is related to the procedure. Are headaches something that you routinely have? Or is it really rare for you to have a headache? I would definitely call my doctor's office and leave a question about the headache and ask for his or her advice.

I use to get headaches in past but haven’t had this level of pain for more than24 hours in more than a year. Plus i been feeling nauseous and its only second time in three weeks that i have and this time is worse than only other time

You said you were drinking the water, but are you getting your protein and vitamins? I agree that you check with your doctor.
