Yes, actually. My routine has been completely thrown off recently and also find the daily check in helps keep me accountable. I'd like to incorporate healthier choices every day, which I really feel falls under self-care. So maybe an actual self-care type of challenge? Not so much a spa day type of scare but like, what did you do to truly care for yourself, mentally and/or physically today?
 
My son is challenging me to work out with him and his girl. I said I would look into it. Right now I have been establishing a sewing area in my basement. I made three sample face masks out of some scrap material. Today I bought material to make some grocery totes and a pool bag. Tomorrow is grocery day so it may be Friday when I get some stuff made.
 
I also need to track for actual success, so I like that. I am going to do the following.

Grams of Protein:
Ounces of Water:
Minutes of Movement:
Mindful Eating Choices:
Self-Care Decisions:

Even if I don't meet every goal, every day, I like to have a format for input that keeps me focused on my needs. And I also need the mindfulness and self-care to remind me that it's not only okay, but imperative to put my health above everything.
