loops in my small bowels ?

its been over 3yrs since i had my surgery and found out friday i have 2 loops in my small bowels and sludges in my gallbladder anyone ever had this before and what happened i just hate to have surgery again !!!!! i go to my do wed its just im so not comfortable....

I understand that bowl loops can happen in perfectly healthy people. And if they are in there might as well take care of the gallstones.
