Maybe a unique situation?

I had emergency abdominal surgery Sept 20 and had approximately 40% of my stomach removed. (I had sepsis and spent 10 days in the hospital.) Surgeon said he did a gastric sleeve surgery as a result. I am now 13 weeks out and really struggling with eating. A lot of food isn’t appealing and does not taste good. I get nauseous very easily if I don’t eat frequently.

I am losing weight (perhaps too quickly) and have become very frustrated due to the limited foods I can handle. Does anyone have suggestions?

I agree with Artieb with protein shakes. You might need to break it down into multiple times to finish drinking one. They really help and the protein is really important for your muscles.
