Meeting goals for ME

I know people mean well, I am 44# from where nutritionist wants me, people telling me I need to "stop now" you'll be to thin" "you will look sick". I need to prove to ME that I can hit my goal and maintain within 10# range nutritionist set for me, I need that for me to feel successful, setting a goal and achieving it is important to me for my own mind. I do know they mean well, but it is disheartening.

Don't listen to those people, you set a goal and you should reach it as long as it is realistic, if you Dr thinks it is then go for it, my friends tell me I look fine now and will be to skinny to, but I am determined to reach my goal. Good luck
