Mini face lift on Thursday

Well surgery went well. Unfortunately I was having trouble sleeping last night and didn't want to keep my husband awake. When I was finally getting ready for bed I used the hall bathroom (which unfortunately isn't big enough for my walker). No sooner do I enter the bathroom and the next the I know my ribs are colliding with the side of the tub. Another syncopal event. I spent most of the day at urgent care to learn I broke another rib! Two rib in less than six months!

That's crazy! My little brother goes through the same thing it just makes no sense. I'm so sorry! What a rough way to recover!

Keep in mind that I'm still swollen and bruised and only 4 days post op, but here are my first postop pictures.

Also keep in mind that I've been in pain all weekend with my broken rib! Shopping around for one of those life alert type buttons, as this was my fourth time losing consciousness, third fall in less than six months.

Oh kathi, you have amazing experiences. I am a fan. Never thought of a face lift. Getting floppy under arms though. Not time yet. Gonna wait til I stop losing.
