Had my 6 month appointment with my surgeon today on the telephone and he said I’m doing very good ! All my blood works were good , losing weight and eating right except yesterday I had a BLT and Tator Tots for my birthday yesterday but he says I’m doing better than the average person who had weight loss surgery so yay for me . Now since it’s going to be 90 degrees today I’m going to spend today and the rest of the week in our pool during the heat wave hear. And I can exercise in the pool and sunbathe. A good day for me today !

Congratulations Bill and happy belated birthday!!! You were due for some great news and sounds like you got it! Better than the average person is fabulous news! And I'm sooooo jealous that you have the pool! It's still in the 30s at night here in upstate NY. We got to 60 one day over the weekend so hopefully by July we'll see 80s. :)
