In my desperate plea for help earlier, I totally forgot the niceties.
My name is Suzanne and I am a 60+ woman. I'm a retired medical secretary/research assistant in neuroradiology (head, neck and spine). I live in Michigan currently with my grown son, and staying in for the most part. I just had hand surgery on Friday and am pretty much incapacitated since it involves my right hand. I can type with one finger!
So I need recipes, plans and everything I can avail myself of here. I completely fell off the wagon and now have serious reparations to make. Onward and upward!

Hi, Suzanne. Welcome to the group. We have a recipe forum that has lots of recipes, including a zillion protein shake options. You've done it once, and mostly maintained. You can definitely take the 20lbs off. You've got this!
