I have my risk management appointment with my surgeon tomorrow. I dont know why I am so nervous lol. This will be the first time I am meeting him. I have no idea why I'm so nervous lol

It might be good to intro with, I’m nervous. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but I said that to the counselor, and she totally understood. I’d have been more nervous if I’d met my surgeon in person first rather than via teleconference. It’s also not always bad nervous, it’s excited and anxious. This is a huge life change, and it’s scary and awesome and a huge gift to yourself. Good luck, you got this!
