Hi, I'm currently 2 weeks out until my surgery-VSG. I was looking for any kind of advice for the next few weeks and for after the surgery. Is there anything you think I should get that will help with comfort? Anything I should or shouldn't do? I plan to be out about a week-to a week and a half, and then back to work, as it is a desk job, and I can't quite afford to stay home any longer.
New, and have a few questions...

Hi Harley ! I had the gastric bypass but I think this goes with any kind of weight loss surgery and that is stay hydrated and get your protein in and walk . I ended up in the hospital from being too hydrated so that’s my advice . I think Diane or Brenda could advice you more though they’ve given me a lot of advice
