If you start making the changes you'll need to make now, it can make it so much easier down the road. I'd suggest starting with 64oz of water and/or giving up soda first. Welcome to the group!

I am definitely drinking the 64 oz of water regularly. I don't drink any soda at all. My problem is caffeine. I have already started to give it up. It's hard. But I'm doing it.

Hi Tonja, I had sleeve surgery in January. I gave up coffee for about a week, but then began drinking caffeinated coffee in small quantities, and haven't had any problems. I don't drink soda and rarely have. Good luck with your prep work. I would also advise reducing your carbs intake.
