Just had surgery three days ago. Looking for support and help in my new journey. I am 65 so I am particularly interested in women who have had surgery in my age bracket.

Hi Diane, Welcome to this group. As 3momchaos said this support group offers lots of help, support and will try to answer any questions you might have. I had my surgery on August 17, Monday will be 4 weeks and I have a Dr appt then. I'll also be moving to a new post surgery diet plan. I am 70 years old and was held up due to the Covid pandemic and the hospitals not doing elective surgery. I had a gastric sleeve surgery. I did very well and feel great. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
