Hi all!

My name is Jordan and I am a 25 year old from PA who is getting super close to completing my bariatric surgery program and getting my surgery date!
As a requirement for my program I am to join a Support Group so, here I am. Plus I do think this is a great way to talk to people that are going through or have gone through the same things that I am.

I started my journey to surgery in December 2020 starting at 257 lbs. I am 243 lbs now and meeting my surgeon this afternoon to discuss my surgery date and to wrap up all of the remaining details. I am very nervous for the surgery itself but I am super confident in my decision. I will know more this afternoon as to exactly which surgery I will be getting.

I just wanted to introduce myself.

I found this site in November and I was looking at hospitals, counselors. Coming here and learning so much, it is incredible. The people are great, no one judges you. They help you find answers. Couldn’t ask for better. Plus you can post anytime day or night. This place is awesome.
