Hello everyone, I'm new here, I am in the pre-op phase and @ 4 months from surgery. I started at 248# and I'm down to 233. I am excited about surgery and getting down to a healthier weight. Has been too long since I saw...me. Any advice or encouragement you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am having the gastric sleeve.
