I am looking to have my surgery in Oct or Nov, but I'm struggling with high blood pressure. So now I'm struggling with I should still do it or not.
 
I am being followed by medical examiners. They had my mgs upped to 40.
I am struggling with the separation of not drinking while eating. Any advice to help with this?
On another note, I have lost 21lbs so far.
