Hi Mrs McCoy, Welcome. You are doing great. I am almost a two years out and have about 30 lbs to go to my goal but I feal great so in due time. I have found this is a nice place to chat with others in between support group meetings and to share my experience with those thinking about or waiting for surgeries and even better to hear from those that are a few years out and find out some of the dues and don'ts.
