Welcome!! Congrats on your success so far. When you say your having trouble drinking, do you mean getting enough hydration or literal drinking? I’ve heard that some people set an alarm for every 15 minutes just to help them remember to take a sip/drink of water. That might help you starting out only because from what I’ve heard, dehydration is a fast path to the hospital. And that’s no fun. But if it’s actually having trouble drinking, you might want to call your doctors office. Are you drinking protein shakes for your protein intake? Sometimes it’s hard drinking them because the flavors aren’t that great or the consistency can be a little ick. Premier protein does a protein water if that is something you haven’t tried.
