Hi everyone! I am almost 6 months out from surgery and have had amazing results. This was the best decision I could have ever made for myself and my family.

Hello Queenbuffi and welcome to the forum. 129 pounds GONE. I just love reading success stories like yours. They give me the strength to help keep me from changing my mind about surgery. My RNY is scheduled for February 27th and my nutrition class is later this morning. Congrats on your success and keep up the great work.
