NOVEMBER 2022 EXERCISE CHALENGE

THIS MONTH MY GOAL IS TO DO AT LEAST 45 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERDAY! ANYONE WANTING TO GET OR STAY ACTIVE PLEASE POST HERE!

I should commit to this, but 45 minutes seems like a lot. I'll tell you what. I'll commit to 20 minutes a day of actual exercises. I'm definitely ready for that.

I commit to 30 minutes of brisk walk/hike a day and strengthening exercises 3x’s/week. Let’s do this!

Sounds good. Will shoot for 30 mins on treadmill, 5 days a week...current loss is 72 lbs. Okay Lisaward, shaking the lazybone in my body out lol

35 minute hike everyday since Tuesday. Strengthening exercises with weights twice.
