One week out and feeling really good. I still get cramping when drinking, haven’t quite mastered the perfect sip lol. Down 12.9 pounds. I have my follow up with the nutritionist and doctor this week but so far everything is going very well

Brenda, I love how you give yourself reasonable goals, ex. 5 lbs to next goal then next goal weight ___. And, your overall weight loss of 116 lbs is fantastic.!!

Renee, Congratulations on having your surgery and losing 12.9 lbs. I'm sure that the "sipping" issue just takes time to master. I have a tendency to gulp my liquids and your post made me realize that I should start working on this. Good luck and let us know how your follow up visits go. Take care.

Congratulations on you surgery looks like you are off to a good start. I had problems with the sipping also. I’m so uses to glass or bottle up and half down it goes. Believe me it take time to get that down. LOL
