Only 2 wks, can I be at a stall?

I lost 12 lbs in the first ten days but now I have been the same for 5 days. I am really trying to get my fluids and get protein in. I'm so scared that my body is already stalling.
Your body is going through major trauma and isn't even functioning properly yet. If you'd like my advice, give yourself a solid week away from the scale and then get on. Then try to only weigh yourself weekly so that you don't do a bunch of yo-yo-ing and get discouraged.
