Hello, welcome to the group! Congratulations on your success! I had surgery Sept. 2019 & I've lost 97 lbs. I've been the same weight since February 17th. I've tried different things to jump start the stall, nothing has helped. I've read through many posts here, and this is very common. Our bodies go through such a change, and quickly that when we stop losing it's our bodies trying to catch up and figure out what we are doing! My surgeon stressed many times to me that this would happen during the post op time and not to become frustrated - easier said then done! I know this stall is temporary and eventually I will start to lose again. I am also walking about 1 to 1.5 miles a day. I did slack on my daily food log, which I've started again so hopefully that helps me! I've always struggled with the water intake, per my surgeon 64 oz a day. I didn't even drink that much before surgery! Best of luck to you, you will start to lose again! You can always call your doctor and ask what they recommend.
