pouch reset diet

Has anyone done the pouch reset diet? I am 3 1/2years post op gastric bypass. Initially I lost 100 lbs but I have regained 27!!!! I had gastric bypass 3/2013 and then a complete hysterectomy in 7/2013. I think poor choices and the hysterectomy has led to the regain. Really thinking seriously about the pouch reset and I just want to hear if it has worked for you.

I have done the 5 day pouch test. I'm not sure what the pouch reset diet is.
