So I had my consultation on the 17th..met with my surgeon and nutritionist..my Dr wants to do an endoscopy, that's scheduled for the 28th of Jan..and I have to meet with my nutritionist 3x before..so the 17th and then Jan 16th and my guess around the same time in Feb..I've already had my psych evaluation, think I passed it but still haven't heard anything..So my guess is probally late Feb. or early March for Surgery..does that sound about right?!

It is really hard to guess when it will happen. I remember thinking after my psych eval, I would get in quickly. Psych eval was in July and the last thing I needed. I didn't end up going in for surgery until 9/16. So it really depends on your surgeon's office and how quickly they move. I would say that March would be a good guess though! Also, it depends on what your insurance requires and which of those visits are required by insurance. They can't send in for approval through insurance until all requirements are met. Insurance approval can usually take 2-4 weeks.

Hi there and congratulations, sounds like you're well on your way. :) Like MissD said, timing totally depends on your surgeon and their office. But I'll keep my fingers crossed for you for March!!! My surgeon's office worked really quickly. I first met with them on Dec 18th, took all first available appointments for clearances, buckled down to hit the 10% weight loss my surgeon required to schedule and had surgery March 11th. So it was under 3 months total!!! I know that was incredibly fast and most people have to wait much longer but hopefully your surgeon's office is a well-oiled machine like mine was.
