Question about fruit smoothie

I make fruit smoothies with frozen mango, papaya and pineapples and add vanilla protein powder, some water and ice. I use that as my breakfast. Sometimes I put a chunk of frozen banana in it as well. It is really good. My husband even likes them.

I use Greek yogurt, a cup of blueberries and a banana and split it with my husband, and eat that with my egg whites in the morning, I wasn't sure if I could have them together

Based on how thick they are and the size of our tummies, or the size we want to keep them at, I would drink the smoothie 30 minutes after you finish your egg whites.

Maybe I will just have it after school for a snack, and put other half in freezer for hubby the next morning, I might be able to put it in the Vitamix and get it smooth again for him

when I make my smoothies, ends up being way too much. I share it with my husband but it is still too much. I haven't tried freezing some of it to have the next day. I'll do that tomorrow when I make it.

It would make a perfect snack. The ones you make sound good. It's good that you don't use bananas as they are one of the highest sugar count out of all fruits.

I bought some popsicle makers and put my leftover smoothy in them and Everytime my son comes to visit he eats one

I like the idea of making popsicles out of the leftover smoothies. I will have to buy the popsicle makers and try it. Thanks for the idea.
