My surgery was originally scheduled for may 11th, but because of the covid 19 outbreak it had to be rescheduled. I am now scheduled to have my surgery on july 6th i am super excited but also extramly nervous. my question is what vitamins did you guys buy and when did you buy them?

hi... i just had my gastric bypass surgery on 6/5. I take liquid vitamins. I have this keurig type machine that has pods of vitamin powder and then adds water and shakes it up. the brand is tespo and they have specific bariatric pods.

my doctor recommended that i take a multivitamin in addition to calcium.

my surgery got moved 3 times because of COVID!!! but my surgery came and went by so fast.
