Good morning everyone! Welcome to the Oct weight loss challenge. Are you dealing with regain and working on getting it off? Are you post op and working on getting to goal? everyone is welcome!! Please pick a weight amount that you would like to get off and let's work on it together!!

I feel like 5 pounds is a reasonable amount for a month. After that initial speedy loss, we tend to go back to normal weight loss patterns. So, 1 to 1.5lbs a week seems like a good goal for me. Sadly, I did not weigh this morning so I'll go by tomorrows weight.
