I originally lost 90 lbs. Over the past 1.5 I have gained half of it back. I just cant get control. My portions are a bit bigger but I have slipped back into old habits. Has anyone done the 5 day pouch test and had true success? Is anyone else a binge eater and found help? I started exercise again but I feel like I have no control over my eating.

Yes, the tummy reset works if you stick to it. I recommend just starting back at square one if your truly serious about getting a handle on your issues. Go back to the liquid diet. You've done it once, do it again! Start moving again! Move onto soft foods with a focus on protein. Remember to lose the weight, you have to increase your protein intake and decrease your calorie intake! Drop to 800 - 1000 calories, get your 100 - 120 grams of protein in daily, 64 oz of water minimum, and you should not be hungry after that on a daily basis, there simply isn't room in your sleeve to still be hungry if you are following the plan and getting the right amounts in. Get moving and jump back into your exercise routine! Substitute things like pickles and sugar free fudge pops for sweet or sour cravings. Make sure you've removed processed foods, breads, pastas from your diet. Get back to healthy foods, moving, and losing, you can do it! Good luck!
