Hi, All! I am glad i found this. I am 7 months post op and ten pounds away from my goal. I am looking for some advice. Going through some trials with my mom’s health and I have found myself sliding back into bad habits. Trying to avoid using food as medication like I used to. Don’t want to undo all my success.
