Something Stuck in my Throat

Hi, I am new here and was looking for some help. I had surgery back in Oct 2019 and for the first two weeks my throat was sore. I chalked this up to them having to put a tube in my throat but since then I have had a feeling of something being stuck in my throat, kinda like a hairball. My bariactric Doc sent me to have Upper Gastrointestinal Study, and the study showed nothing wrong, but I still have this feeling. Has anyone every had this happen to them and have any suggestions?

This didn't happen to me, what a scary feeling! I remember that my throat was sore and my lips were dry for a week or two.

Welcome Mary. No, I didn't have this issue. I'm glad you didn't wait and had it checked out. Sorry the test didn't provide an answer. This is really interesting, I hope someone here has a suggestion and that it feels better soon.
