Sports & Athletics Post-OP?

Hello, I have been trying to research about rejoining sports and athletic activities after having surgery. Is this allowed? Specifically, hard contact sports.

Double check with your surgical team for the time frame of rejoining those types of sports. I have no restrictions but, I also have no interest in hard impact exercise.
