Starting to gain and not happy!!

I would suggest you start measuring and tracking your food and water intake again, if you have stopped. I am only 7 months out myself but I need the accountability of the app I use. I could definitely overeat at this point if I did not actually measure out what I'm supposed to have. I know many people hate the measuring and tracking, but even a few weeks of it might help you get back on track.
