Still having pain

Hi everyone
I am 12 days post surgery. I had the gastric sleeve. I know we are all different but I am still experiencing pain around my bellybutton. At times it is intense and sharp. I keep telling myself it has not even been 2 weeks. I am very concern though. Anyone experienced this too?

I had times of pain, nothing too extreme, but you might want to check in with your doctor just so they can make sure everything is healing ok.

Always best to double check with your doctor just in case. You might want to make note of what you did just prior to the pain, did you jyst eat or move in a certain way?

As others have implied, if you are concerned, check with your doctor. It doesn't seem out of the norm to me. As you mentioned, each person is different and bodies heal at different rates. That being said, you shouldn't feel like something isn't right, so getting a medical opinion should be a priority.
